If you are enrolled in an academic program in the future, or are looking to call Baumhaus home more than 90 days in advance, our Waitlist Program is for you!

Baumhaus offers a quick and convenient option to be pre-approved and added to a waitlist for a future move in date. 

Get started by completing the information below and clicking 'Submit' to submit your Waitlist Pre-Application.  Once we receive the form we will contact you to submit an application and secure a specific floorplan for a future date.

Please Note: Completion of the questionnaire below is not a pre-approval, and is not a rental application.  Once receiving the below questionnaire, Baumhaus Staff will be in contact with you on the Waitlist Program and with instructions on beginning the application process for pre-approval.
