This program is designed to simply help participants connect with others who are interested in finding a roommate. By submitting this questionnaire, you agree to allow the Landlord and it’s Agents to release your name, contact information, and all other responses from this form to any other participants. Any further contact, decision to connect, or move forward with a potential roommate is entirely at the discretion of the individuals involved.
The Landlord will not provide any other personal information or participation beyond facilitating the matching program.
Participants are fully responsible for their own selection decisions. The Landlord is not responsible for roommate conflicts or compatibility, nor will this be grounds to change or terminate the lease agreement. This questionnaire is not part of the Landlord's tenant screening process. Participation is voluntary and the Landlord assumes no responsibility or liability for any connections or interactions between participants.
